Dosage
The bottle should be shaken before use.
This medicine is not intended for infants below 3 months of age, or who weigh less than 5 kg. The drug in not intended for prolonged use.
An additional dose can be taken every 6-8 hours as needed, should not be taken more than 4 times per 24 hours.
The medicine should be swallowed with water, with or after a meal.
Extensive fluids intake is necessary under the treatment in order to prevent dehydration.
The usual dosage guidelines according to weight of the child:
5-5.4 (kg): 1 ml, 3-4 times a day.
5.5-8.1 (kg): 1.25ml, 3-4 times a day.
8.2-10.9 (kg): 1.75 ml, 3-4 times a day.
11-15(kg): 2.5 ml, 3-4 times a day.
16-21 (kg): 3.75 ml, 3-4 times a day.
22-26 (kg): 5 ml, 3-4 times a day.
27-32 (kg): 6.25ml, 3-4 times a day.
33-43 (kg): 7.5 ml, 3-4 times a day.

Indications
For the reduction of fever and relief of mild to moderate pain.
Contra-Indications
Known hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of its ingredients.
3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Previous / present known hypersensitivity to aspirin / other NSAIDs (e.g. asthma, rhinitis, urticaria, facial edema, angioedema, bronchospasm).
Patients with dehydration due to continuous vomiting, diarrhea or lack of fluid intake.
Patients with history, from two or more peptic ulcer episodes, gastro-intestinal perforation or bleeding.
Patients with history of gastro-intestinal perforation or bleeding due to use of NSAIDs.
Severe renal, hepatic impairment, heart failure or other cardiac disorders.
Patients with hematologic disorders.
Patients with cerebrovascular hemorrhage or from any other hemorrhage.
