Adults and children over 12 years:
1-2 caplets every 4-6 hours, up to 4 times a day.
Children aged 10-12 years:
1 caplet every 4-6 hours, up to 4 times a day.
Children aged 6-9 years:
 ½ caplet every 4-6 hours, up to 4 times a day.

For the symptomatic relief of cold and nasal congestion accompanied by fever and pain. Day care medicine.

• Hypersensitivity to the active ingredients, or to any of the excipients.
• Cardiovascular disease including hypertension.
• Diabetes mellitus.
• Phaeochromocytoma.
• Hyperthyroidism.
• Glaucoma.
• Severe kidney disease.
• Concomitant use with additional cough and cold medicines or other preparations containing paracetamol.
• Concomitant use with beta-blockers.
• Concomitant use with Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) or Reversible Inhibitors of Monoamine Oxidase (RIMAs) or within 14 days of stopping treatment with them.
• Concomitant use with sympathomimetic medicines.
