Dosage
Oral Administration only.
Do no exceed the stated dose or frequency of dosing.
It is recommended that this medicine be taken with or after food.
The adult dosage is 1-2 tablets, 3-4 times daily, as needed.
The dosage in children 6-12 years of age is 1/2-1 tablet 3-4 times daily, as needed.
Not recommended for children under 6.
Indications
Allergic conditions.
Contra-Indications
Known hypersensitivity, newborn or premature infants, breastfeeding, lower respiratory tract conditions, narrow-angle glaucoma, stenosing peptic ulcer, symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy, bladder neck obstruction, pyloroduodenal obstruction, concomitant use with monoamine oxidase inhibitor therapy.

Special Precautions
Use in pregnancy, pediatrics, elderly, driving a vehicle or operating machinery, patients with a history of bronchial asthma, increased intraocular pressure, hyperthyroidism, cardiovascular disease or hypertension. Should be taken after meals to diminish gastric irritation.

Sedation, extrapyramidal reactions, dizziness, disturbed coordination, confusion, restlessness, excitation, nervousness, tremor, irritability, insomnia, paresthesias, neuritis, convulsions, euphoria, hallucinations, hysteria, faintness, acute labyrinthitis, blurred vision, diplopia, vertigo, tinnitus, peripheral, angioneurotic and laryngeal edema, drug rash, urticaria, photosensitivity, anaphylactic shock, gastrointestinal changes, hypotension, headache, palpitation, tachycardia, extrasystoles, urinary frequency, difficult urination, urinary retention, early menses, thickening of bronchial secretions, tightness of chest and wheezing, nasal stuffiness, dryness of nose and throat, hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, agranulocytosis, fatigue, chills, headache, excessive perspiration.

Drug interactions
Alcohol, CNS depressants, anticholinergics.
