Selective Progestin Modulator. Ulipristal Acetate 30 mg.
TAB: 1. 1 tab. to be taken orally, with/out
food, asap, but no later than 120 hrs (5
days). aft unprotect, intercourse. If
vomit. occurs within 3 hrs. of admin.,
another tab. to be taken. Can be taken
any time dur. menstrual cycle. Pregn. to
be excluded bef. admin.
Emergency contracept. within 120 hrs
(5 days) of unprotect. intercourse/
contracept. fail.
C/I: Hypersens., pregn.

Selective Progestin Modulator. Ulipristal Acetate 5 mg.
TAB.: 28. Usual dosage: one tab. 5 mg/d with water, with/without food, for a tmt. cycle up to 3 mnths.
The 3-mnths. tmt. may be repeated only once. If an additional 3-mnths. tmt. with the drug should be taken as early as possible during the 2^nd menstr. cycle after completion of the 1^st cycle.
The tmt. should be init. during the 1^st wk. of the menst. cycle. See lit.
Uterine myomas are benign tumors of the uterine muscle tissue that might cause increased menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain (abdominal discomfort) and pressure on different organs.
C/I:Hypersens. Preg./lact. Pts. vag. bleed. not due to uterine myomas. Pts. with uterine cancer, cervical, ovarian, breast cancer.
