NRI. Reboxetine 4 mg.
Tabs. 60 X 4 mg
Adlts: ther. dose is 4 mg twice a day (b.i.d.) i.e.8 mg/d. Full dose can be given upon starting tmt. After 3-4 weeks, can be incr. to 10 mg/d in case of incompl. clin. resp. Max. dly. dose not  to exceed 12 mg/d. Renal or hepatic impairm. : start. dose 2 mg b.i.d which can be incr. based on ptt. tol. Acute tmt. of depress. /major depress. and for maintain. clin. improv. in ptts. init. resp. to tmt.:
