Insuffic.: 150 md x 1 dly.
Tmt. of major depress. episodes. maint.
ther. to prevent relapse.
C/I: Hypersens., any other drug cont.
bupropion, seiz. disords. or hist. of seiz.,
CNS tumor, pts. undergoing abrupt
withdrawal from alcohol or any product
assoc. with risk of seiz.( e.g. BZD), severe
hepat. cirrh., current/previous bulimia/
anorexia nervosa, concom. use with
MAOIs, at least 14 d elapse needed, for
reversible MAOIs – 24 h period is suff..

dose: 150 mg dly. for 6 days, 150 x 2 on
day 7. Max single dose: 150 mg. Total

C/I: Hypersens., current seiz. disorder or
hist. of seiz., CNS tumor, abrupt
withdraw. from alcohol or seizurecausing
drug (e.g. BZD), bulimia or
anorexia nervosa, severe hepat. cirrhos.,
comb. with MAOIs – at least 14 d elapse,
for revers. MAOI - 24 h period is suff.,
hist. of bipolar disorder, tmt. with other
bupropion cont. drugs.
