CAPS.:30. The recomm. dose is 200 mg sonidegib taken orally once dly. at least two hrs. after a meal and at least one hour before the follow. meal, at the same time each day. See lit.
Tmt. of adult pts. with local. advanc. basal cell carcinoma which cannot be treated with curative surg. or radiation ther.
C/I: Hypersens., preg., WOCBP who do not comply with the Sonidegib diphosphate preg. prevent. programme., lactation.
