One 6 mg dose (a sgle. pre-filled syr.) for each chemother. cycle, given at least 24 hs. after cytotoxic chemother. See lit.
Reduct. in the durat. of neutropenia and incidence of febrile neutropenia in pts. treated with cytotoxic chemother., given at intervals of 14 days or more, for malignancy (with exception of chronic myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndr).
