once dly. Men: not recommend. Elderly
(>65 years): 1 mg once dly, may be incr.
to 2 mg once dly. Child./adolesc.: not
recommend. Severe renal impairm.: 1
mg once dly. Severe hepatic impairm.: 1
mg once dly, may be incr. to 2 mg.
Symptom. tmt. of chronic constip. in
women in whom other laxative tmt. failed.
C/I: Hypersens., renal impair. req.
dialysis, intest./G.I. perforat. or obstruct.,
obstruct. ileus, sev. inflamm. cond. of
G.I., toxic megacolon or megarectum..
