 For Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) in pts who have a confirmed mutat. of the DMD gene that is amenable to exon 51 skipping

Antisense Oligonucleotide. eplontersen 56 mg/ml.
Pre-filled pen with sol. for SC inj. 1 X 0.8 ml
Recomm. dose of eplontersen is 45 mg admin. monthly.
Tmt. of hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (ATTRv amyloidosis) in adults with Stage 1 and 2 polyneuropathy.
