Antidote. Idarucizumab 50 mg/ml. VIAL(sol. for IV Inj. / infus.): 2 ×50 ml. 5 g (2x2.5 g/50 mL). In a subset of pts., recur. of plasma concentrations of unbound dabigatran and concom.prolong. of clotting tests have occurred up to 24 hrs. after admin.of idarucizumab. See lit.
Idarucizumab is a specif. reversal agent for dabigatran and is indic. in pts. treat. with dabigatran etexilate when rapid revers.of the anticoag. effects of dabigatran is required: 1. For emergen. surgery/urgent procedues. 2.In life-threatening or uncontrol.bleed.

Antidote, Selective Relaxant Binding Agent. Sugammadex 100 mg/ ml. VIAL, sol. for IV. inj. 10 X 2 ml
4 mg/kg sugammadex if recovery has reached at least 1-2 posttetanic counts (PTC) following rocuronium or vecuronium induced blockade. If clinical needed for immediate reversal following administr. of rocuronium, a
dose of 16 mg/kg is recommended. See lit.
