VIAL (pwdr. for reconst.): 1 x 200 units,
400 units. Lyophiliz. pwdr. to be reconstit. and diluted for infus. 60 units/
kg every other wk as 60 min. I.V. infus.
Pts. currently treated with imiglucerase
can be switched to VPRIV. Pts. prev.
treated on a stable dose of imiglucerase
to begin tmt. with VPRIV at that same
dose. Ajust dosage based on
achievement and maint. of pts.
