Rabies Virus 2.5 IU/ml.
PFS: 1 x 1 ml.
Adults and child: By I.M. inject. in
deltoid or anterolat. thigh in small
child. Proph: 1 ml on days 0, 7 and 21
or 28. Reinforce. dose: 1 ml every 2-5
yrs. Tmt. if prev. primed: 1 ml on days 0
and 3. Tmt. of immuniz. or
incompletely immuniz: 1 ml on days 1,
3, 7, 14, 30 and 90. High risk areas: Also
admin. 20 IU/kg rabies
immunoglobulin as a single dose.
Pre., post-exposure rabies immuniz.
