F.C. TABS: 30 x 25 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, 300 mg. Tmt. schizophren: Total dly dose 1st 4 days: Day 1: 50 mg, day 2: 100 mg, day 3: 200 mg, day 4: 300 mg. Then titrate
to effect. dose: 300-450 mg dly. May adjust to 150-750 mg dly. Tmt. manic
episodes assoc. with bipolar disord: As
monother. or adjunct. therp.: Day 1:
100 mg, day 2: 200 mg, day 3: 300 mg,
day 4: 400 mg. May adjust up to 800
mg by day 6, with dly incr. of 200 mg/d.
Usual effect. dose: 400-800 mg dly. Tmt.
depress. episodes in bipolar disords: 1 x
dly at bedt. Total dly dose: Day 1: 50
mg, day 2: 100 mg, day 3: 200 mg, day
4: 300 mg. Recommend. dly dose: 300
mg. May titrate up to 600 mg dly.
Elderly: Use with caution, mainly dur.
