Protein Kinase Inhibitor. Palbociclib 75, 100, 125 mg.
CAPS/TABS.:21. 125 mg ×1/d for 21 consec. days follow. by 7 days off tmt. to comprise a complete cycle of 28 d., with food. Admin. the recomm. dose of an aromatase inh. when given with the drug. When given with palbociclib, the recomm. dose of fulvestrant is 500 mg admin. on days 1, 15, 29, and once mnthly. thereafter. Pts. should be encouraged to take their dose of palbociclib at approx. the same time each day. See lit.
