Antispasmodic. Oxybutynin (HCl) 5 mg. Tabs:30: Adlts: one tab 2-3 times per day,
max. daily dosage: 4 tabs.
Childr. above 6 years of age: 2.5 mg. twice/d, max. 3 tabs/d .
tmt. of urinary incontin., urgency, and freq. in the unstable bladder, due to neurogenic bladder disorders (detrusor hyperreflexia) in condits. such as multiple sclerosis and spina bifida, or to idiopathic detrusor instability (motor urge incontin).
In childr. of 5 years of age or older for:
- Urinary incontin., urgency, and freq. in unstable bladder condit. due to idiopathic overact. bladder or neurogenic bladder disorders (detrusor overactivity).
- Noct. enuresis assoc. with detrusor overact., in conjunct. with nondrug ther., when other tmt. has failed

• toxic megacolon
• Narrow angle glauc. or shallow anter. chamber;
• GI obstruct. dis. incl. paralytic ileus, intestinal atony
• bladder outflow obstruct. where urinary retent. may be precipitated
