NSAID. Lornoxicam 8 mg.
FC Tabs 2, 7, 14, 10, 20 and 30
Pain: 8-16 mg /d div. into 2 or 3 doses. Max. recommen. DD is 16 mg.
Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis: initial dose is 12 mg /d div. into 2 or 3 doses. Maint. dose should not exceed 16 mg/d
Short term tmt of moder. pain such as pain after dental surgery. • Tmt of pain associated with acute lumbo-sciatica. • Symptom. tmt of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
C/I: Hypersens./Thrombocytopenia/  Hypersens. reactions (symptoms like asthma, rhinitis, angioedema or urticaria) to NSAIDs incl. acetylsalicylic acid/  Sev. HF/ GI hemorrhage, cerebrovascular hemorrhage or other bleeding disorders/ Hist. of GI hemorrhage or perforation, assoc. with a prior use of NSAIDs/ Active peptic ulcer/hemorrhage or hist. of recurrent peptic ulcer/hemorrhage (2 or more distinct episodes of established ulcerat. or bleeding) /Sev hepatic impairm./  Sev renal impairm. (serum creatinine >700 μmol/L)/  Third trim. of pregn.

mg dly in 2-3 single doses. Dly dose

Severe hep.impair.
Severe renal impair.(Serum Cr > 700 µmol/L).

NSAID. Lornoxicam 8 mg/ 2 ml.
Sol. FOR INJECT (Pwdr. + solv.): 5 x 8
mg/2 ml. 8 mg dly I.V. (for at least 15
secs.) or I.M. (for at least 5 secs). Not to
exceed 16 mg dly. Tmt. limited to 2
days; if necess. cont. with tabs.
Short term tmt. mod. postop. pain.
