single doses. Long-term tmt: Max: 16

dly dose: 12 mg, i.e. 3 x 4 mg.

Thrombocytop.
Hypersens. (asthma, rhinitis, angioedema or urticaria) to other NSAIDs includ. acetylsalicylic a.
Severe HF.
GI bleed., cerebrovasc. bleed./ other bleed. disord.
History of GI bleed. or perforation, related to previous NSAIDs ther.
Active or history of recur. peptic ulcer/haemorrhage (two or more distinct episodes of proven ulcerat. or bleed.)
Severe hep.impair.
Severe renal impair.(Serum Cr > 700 µmol/L).

NSAID. Lornoxicam 8 mg/ 2 ml. Sol. FOR INJECT (Pwdr. + solv.): 5 x 8
mg/2 ml. 8 mg dly I.V. (for at least 15
secs.) or I.M. (for at least 5 secs). Not to
exceed 16 mg dly. Tmt. limited to 2
days; if necess. cont. with tabs.
