Antidote. Idarucizumab 50 mg/ml.
VIAL(sol. for IV Inj. / infus.): 2 ×50 ml. 5 g (2x2.5 g/50 mL). In a subset of pts., recur. of plasma concentrations of unbound dabigatran and concom.prolong. of clotting tests have occurred up to 24 hrs. after admin.of idarucizumab. See lit.
Idarucizumab is a specif.  reversal agent for dabigatran and is indic. in pts. treat. with dabigatran etexilate when rapid revers.of the anticoag. effects of dabigatran is required: 1. For emergen. surgery/urgent procedues. 2.In life-threatening or uncontrol.bleed.
