Recomm. tmt. durat. for pts. who failed prior ther.with peg-IFN + ribavirin +/- sofosbuvir, or sofosbuvir + ribavirin: Genotype 1, 2, 4-6 – with NO cirrhos. -8 wks., pts. WITH cirrhos.- 12 wks.
