To reduce the risk of sust. eGFR decline, end-stage kidney dis., CV death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, and hospitaliz. for HF in adults with chronic kidney dis. (CKD) associated with type 2 diabetes (T2D).
C/I: Hypersens. Pts. who are receiving concomitant tmt. with strong CYP3A4 inhib. Pts. with adrenal insuff.
