C/I: Pts. with known hypersens. to elbasvir, grazoprevir.
Pts. with moder. or sev. hep. impair. (ChildPugh B or C).
Concomit. use with inhibit. of organic anion transporting polypeptides 1B1/3 (OATP1B1/3).
Concomit. use with ribavirin.
