Selective Immunosuppressants. danicopan 50 mg, 100 mg.
FC tabs 1X 90X 50mg and 2X 90X 100 mg
Start 150 mg three times/d approx. 8 hours apart. Dose can be incr. to 200 mg three times/d after min. 4 weeks depend. on clin. response.
As an add-on to ravulizumab or eculizumab for adlts with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria (PNH) who have residual haemolytic anaemia.
C/I: Hypersens./Pts with unresolved Neisseria meningitidis infection at initiation/
Pts. not currently vacc. against Neisseria meningitidis unless they receive prophyl. tmt. with appropriate antibiotics until 2 weeks after vaccin.
