Adults and children over 12 years:
1-2 caplets before bedtime. See package leaflet for further details.

Symptomatic relief of cold, cough and nasal congestion accompanied by fever and pain, for treatment at night.

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Hypersensitivity to the active ingredients, to other antihistamine or any other decongestants, or to any of the other ingredients this medicine contains.
• Concomitant use of Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) or Reversible Inhibitors of Monoamine Oxidase (RIMAs) or within 14 days of stopping treatment with them.
• Concomitant use of Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) or other medicines for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions or medicines for Parkinson’s disease or for 2 weeks after stopping treatment with them.
• Concomitant use with sympathomimetics, decongestants, additional cough and cold medicines, beta-blockers.
• Cardiovascular disease including hypertension.
• Diabetes mellitus.
• Children under the age of 12 years.
• Concomitant use with other preparations containing paracetamol.
• Hyperthyroidism.
• Glaucoma.
• Severe kidney disease.
• Phaeochromocytoma.
