Dexamol Cold Day Care

Adults and children over 12 years:
1-2 caplets every 4-6 hours, up to 4 times a day. Not to exceed 8 caplets a day. Please refer to the license holder for further details.

Symptomatic relief of cold, cough and nasal congestion accompanied by fever and pain, for day care.

Hypersensitive to the active ingredients, other decongestants or to any of the excipients.
Concomitant use with Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) or Reversible Inhibitors of Monoamine Oxidase (RIMAs) or within 14 days of stopping treatment with them.
Concomitant use with Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) or other medicines for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions or medicines for Parkinson’s disease or within 2 weeks after stopping treatment with them.
Concomitant use with other decongestants.
Concomitant use with beta-blockers.
Cardiovascular disease including hypertension.
Diabetes mellitus.
Children under the age of 12 years.
Concomitant use with other preparations containing paracetamol.
Hyperthyroidism.
Glaucoma.
Severe kidney disease.
Phaeochromocytoma.
Concomitant use with sympathomimetic medicines.
