Dosage
Adults and children over 2 years: One sachet daily.
Pregnancy: During pregnancy you can take up to two sachets per day to maintain your iron levels. Either take them together or have one in the morning and one in the evening.
Methode of administration: Spatone can be taken straight from the sachet, or with juice high in Vitamin C. We recommend a single sachet in the morning on an empty stomach, ideally 30 mins before breakfast.
