Tablets
Adults and children over 12 years of age: One tablet every 4- 6 hours. Maximal dosage 4 tablets within 24 hours. Should be swallowed with a small amount of water. The tablets should not be crushed of chewed.
Children below 12 years of age: The medicine should be taken in the syrup dosage form.
Syrup
Adults and children above 12 years of age: 10 ml  every 4-6 hours. Should not be exceeded 4 doses (40 ml) in 24 hours.
Children 6-12 years of age: 5 ml every 6-8 hours. Should not be exceeded 4 doses (20 ml) in 24 hours.
Children from one year to 6 years of age: Please refer to the license holder for further details. Not intended for administration to infants under one year of age.

For the relief of congestion such as rhinitis and associated allergic conditions.

Hypersensitivity to active substance or any of its excipients. Infants under one year of age. Pregnancy and lactation. Concomitant use with Monoamine Oxidase inhibitors or within 14 days of stopping treatment with this class of medicines. Asthmatic patients. Patients with heart diseases such as: ischemic heart disease, Coronary artery disease, occlusive vascular disease or hypertension. Diabetic patients. Severe kidney function  impairment. Patients with phaeochromocytoma. Overactive thyroid gland. Glaucoma. Patients with enlarged prostate gland and/or urinary retention. Concomitant use with medicines to treat congestion including nasal sprays.
