One 1.5 mL vial contains 3 mg of talquetamab (2 mg/mL).
40 mg/mL solution for SC inject
One 1 mL vial contains 40 mg of talquetamab (40 mg/mL).
To be admin. weekly or biweekly (every 2 weeks) by a healthcare professional with adequately‑trained medical personnel and appropriate medical equipment to manage sev. reactions, including cytokine release syndr. (CRS), neurologic tox., and immune effector cell‑associated neurotoxicity syndr. (ICANS).
Cont. tmt. until disease progress. or unacceptable tox. See Lit.
Monother. for adult pts with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma, who have received at least 3 prior ther., incl. an immunomodulatory agent, a proteasome inhib., and an anti‑CD38 antibody and have demonstr. dis. progress. on the last ther.
