Vial: 1 X  200 mg.  Powder for concentr. for sol for inf.
12 mg /kg BW, admin in cycles as per full  prescribing info.
In combin. with lenalidomide followed by this drug as monother. for the tmt of adults with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who are not eligible for autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT).
