Romidepsin 10 mg/vial.
1 vial 10 mg of romidepsin +1 diluent vial.
Admin. 14 mg/m² IV over a 4-hour per. on days 1, 8, and 15 of a 28-day cycle. Repeat every 28 days if ptt. continues to benefit from and toler. the drug.
Tmt. of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) in pts. who have received at least one prior syst. ther. Tmt. of periph. T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) in pt. who have received at least one prior ther.
