FC Tabs 30/60 X  50/100 mg
200 mg once /d until dis. progress. or unacceptable tox.
As monother. for adlt. pts. with relapsed or refract. mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have been prev. treated with a Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhib.
Tmt. of adlt pts with chron. lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) who have received at least 2 prior lines of ther., incl. a BTK inhib. and a BCL-2 inhib.
