Immunoglobulins (IgG4), Interleukin Inhibitor, Monoclonal Antibody. lebrikizumab 250 mg.
Pre-filled pen 1 X2 ml
500 mg (two 250 mg inject.) at both week 0 and week 2,
followed by 250 mg SC every other week up to week 16.
Tmt. of mod.-to-sev. atopic dermatitis in adults and adolescents > 12
years with a BW of at least 40 kg who are candidates for syst. ther.
