Analgesic, Antitussive, Decongestant, Expectorant. Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg, Guaifenesin 200 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, Pseudoephedrine HCl 25 mg. CAPLETS: 30. Adults and child. over 12 yrs: 1-2 caplets every 4-6 hrs. up to 4 x dly. Not to exceed 8 caplets dly. See lit. For the symptom. relief of cold, cough and nasal congest. accomp. by fever and pain, for day care.
C/I: Hypersens.; conc. use with MAOIs or RIMAs, or within 14 days of stop. tmt. with them.; conc. use with SSRIs., meds. for depr., psychiat. or emotional cond. or meds. for parkinson’s dis. or within 2 weeks of stop. tmt. with them; conc. use with other decongestant., β-block.; cardiovascular dis. inc. hypertension; diabetes mellitus, child under 12 yrs., conc. use with other paracetamol contain. meds., hyperthyroidism, glaucoma, severe kidney dis., phaeochromocytoma, conc. use with sympathomimetic meds.
