Recomm. dose is 120 mg (3 X 40 mg tablets) orally once/d. Tmt. should continue until disease progress. or unacceptable tox. occurs
Tmt. of adults with von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) dis. who require ther. for VHL associated renal cell carcinoma (RCC), central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastomas, or pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (pNET), and for whom localised procedures are unsuitable or undesirable
C/I:  Hypersens.
