100, 200 and 300 mg tabs:
Tmt of adults with unresectable or metastatic gastrointestinal stromal
tumor (GIST) harboring a platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRA) exon 18 mutation, incl. PDGFRA D842V mutations.
25, 50, 100 and 200 mg tabs:
Tmt of adults with advanced systemic mastocytosis (AdvSM) incl. pts.with aggressive syst. mastocytosis (ASM), syst. mastocytosis with an assoc. hematological neoplasm (SM-AHN), and mast cell leukemia (MCL).
Limit. of Use: not recomm. for pts with platelet counts of less than 50×10⁹/L.
