The recomm. dosage is 300 mg orally once/d in pts with GIST. Continue until dis. progress. or unacceptable tox. The recomm. dosage is 200 mg orally once/d in pts with AdvSM. Continue until dis. progress or unacceptable tox.
Tabs.100, 200 and 300 mg: for adults with unresectable or metast. GI stromal tumor (GIST) harboring a platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRA) exon 18 mutat., incl. PDGFRA D842V mutat.
Tabs. 25, 50, 100 and 200 mg :tmt. of adults with adv. syst. mastocytosis (AdvSM). AdvSM incl. pts with aggressive syst. mastocytosis (ASM), syst. mastocytosis with an associated hematological neoplasm (SM-AHN), and mast cell leukemia (MCL). Not recomm. for pts with AdvSM with platelet counts of less than 50 X 109 /L
