Dosage
Apply once or twice daily to affected area. With improvement, can be reduced to once daily.
Indications
Resistant dermatoses responsive to potent corticosteroid therapy.
Contra-Indications
Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to any of the other ingredients contained in the medicine. First trimester of pregnancy. Breastfeeding.
Treatment of bacterial infections (including dermal tuberculosis), viral or fungal skin infections. Infants under one year of age.
Treatment of acne vulgaris, inflammations around the mouth, viral infections, such as chicken pox or herpes. Treatment of bacterial infections, including dermal tuberculosis, or fungal skin infections, itching of the genitals or the anus. Treatment of skin diseases, such as rosacea (severe redness of the facial skin) or a red rash in the mouth and chin area (perioral dermatitis).
Special Precautions
Not to be used frequently or for a prolonged period. When using the preparation for a prolonged period of time, physician should be informed about medical conditions such as glaucoma or a cataract. Medical monitoring is required when used in children and adolescents.

Side Effects
Side effects occurring as a result of prolonged/extensive use/with an occlusive dressing: Dilation of blood vessels under the skin, thinning of the skin (the skin becomes thinner and more vulnerable.

Pregnancy: Contraindicated during 1st trimester of pregnancy.
Lactation: Contraindicated during lactation.

Important notes
Storage: Store the cream in a cool place, at a temperature below 25°C.
