Indications
Skin disinfection.
Contra-Indications
* Hypersensitivity to the active ingredients Chlorhexidine Digluconate and/or alcohol or to any of the other excipients. Especially in patients with a history of possible allergic reactions related to chlorhexidine.
* Contact with the eyes, brain, brain membranes, middle ear or outer ear when the eardrum is perforated.
* Injection
* Body orifice (such as: nose, ears)
* Prior to employing diathermy, ensure complete evaporation of Septadine solution. Verify that both the patient’s skin and any surrounding fabric are thoroughly dry
