For in- vitro fertil., when infertil. is due to tubal, idiopathic or endometriosis linked steril. assoc. with normal cycles: 1 app/day for 30 days if there is lab evid. of pregn. C/I:Hypersens, Undiagn. vag. bleeding. Known or susp. progest.-sensit. malign. tumors. Porphyria. Thrombophleb., thromboembolic dis, cereb. apoplexy, or pts. with an history of these condit. Missed abort.

Progestogen. Progesterone 100 mg.
VAG. TABS: 30, 45. 1 tab. (100 mg) 2 x
dly.
Progesterone supplement/replacement in
infertile women and IVF.

Progestogen. Progesterone 50 mg/ml.
AMPS: 10 x 1 ml x 50 mg. 5-10 mg I.M.
dly. for 5-10 days until 2 days bef.
