C/I:Hypersens, Undiagn. vag. bleeding. Known or susp. progest.-sensit. malign. tumors. Porphyria. Thrombophleb., thromboembolic dis, cereb. apoplexy, or pts. with an history of these condit. Missed abort.

Progesterone supplement/replacement in

AMPS: 10 x 1 ml x 50 mg. 5-10 mg I.M.

For luteal support as part of an Assisted Reprod. Techn. (ART) tmt. progr. in infertile women who are unable to use or toler. vaginal preparations.

• Known missed abort. or ectopic pregn.
• Sev. hepatic dysfunction or dis.
• Known or suspect. breast or genital tract cancer
• Act. arterial or venous thromboemb. or sev. thrombophlebitis, or hist. of these events
• Porphyria
• Hist. of idiopathic jaundice severe pruritus or pemphigoid gestationis during pregn.

Progestogen. Progesterone 100 mg, 200 mg.
ORAL/VAG SOFT GEL CAPS: 30 x 100 mg,
15 x 200 mg. Oral admin: 200-300 mg 2
x dly. 1 in morn. (2 hrs aft. breakf.) and
1-2 at bedt. Vag. admin: 200 mg 2 x dly
(deep into vag.) in morn. and even. See

Oral admin: Progesterone defic. in
premenstrual syndr., menstrual irreg.
(dysov./anov.), mastopathy,
premenopause, menopause as adjunct
to estrogen replace. ther. Vag. admin: Alt.
