    Organic Nitrates. Glyceryl Trinitrate 18.7 mg , 37.4 mg (releasing an average dose of 5 mg, 10 mg respectively).
    PATCH (T.T.S): 10. 1 patch dly for 12-16
    hrs. May incl. if reqd. to 2 patches
    simultaneous.
    Long-term tmt. coron. heart dis., proph.
    ang pect., long-term tmt. chronic CHF.
    C/I: Hypersens. Raised intracran. pres.
    include. that caused by head trauma or
    cerebral Haemorr. Acute circulat. fail.
    assoc. with marked hypotens.(shock).
    Myocard. insuffic. due to obstruct., as in
    aortic or mitral stenosis or constrictive
    pericarditis.
    Marked anaemia. Closed angle glauc.
    Severe hypotensive cond. (systolic blood
    pressure less than 90 mmHg). Severe
    hypovolemia. Hypertrophic obstructive
    cardiomyopathy.
    Aortic stenosis and mitral stenosis.
    Constrictive pericarditis. Card.
    tamponade. Concom. use of
    phosphodiesterase type-5 inhib.
    Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhib. (e.g.
    sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil). During
    nitrate ther., the soluble guanylate
    cyclase stimulator riociguat must not be
    used.

    Nitrates. Glyceryl Trinitrate 0.4 mg/spray jet.
    METERED DOSE SPRAY: Single Pack: 1 x
    14.2 g (250 puffs). Dual Pack: 2 x 4.9 g (75 puffs) + 14.2 g (250 puffs)/per pack.
    0.4 mg-0.8 mg (1-2 sprays) under
    tongue when reqd. If no response,
    repeat aft. 10 mins.

    sildenafil citrate, tadalafil, vardenafil,
    nitric oxide donors. See lit. Hypotens.,
    postural hypotens., uncorrect.
    hypovolem., incr. intracran. pressure,
    inad. cerebral circ., migraine, recur.
    headache, aortic/mitral stenos.,
    hypertroph. cardiomyopath., constrict.
    pericardit./tamponade, marked anem.,
    closed-angle glaucoma.
